Step 1: Preheat and prep
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the pie crust and press it into a 9-inch pie plate. Crimp the edges for a decorative touch, if desired.
Step 2: Make the egg mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk (or cream), salt, and pepper until smooth.
Step 3: Assemble the quiche
Sprinkle the ham, 1 cup of cheese, and green onions evenly over the crust. Pour the egg mixture on top, then sprinkle with the remaining ½ cup of cheese.
Step 4: Bake to perfection
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and no longer jiggly. Let the quiche rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing—this helps it hold together perfectly.
