Ingredients

4 pork chops

½ cup hoisin sauce

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp sesame oil

½ tsp ground ginger

2 tbsp orange juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with foil and lightly spray with cooking oil.

In a bowl, mix hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, and orange juice.

Season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Arrange chops on the tray and coat thoroughly with the marinade.

Fold the foil loosely over the chops to keep them moist while baking.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the pork is tender and cooked through.

Uncover and broil for 2–3 minutes to caramelize the top.

Let rest before serving.
