White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

 

Preparation:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

Step 5

Add the melted white chocolate, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

Step 6

Add the egg and mix until incorporated. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.

Step 7

Pour the filling onto the crust in the springform pan and spread it evenly.

Step 8

Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still slightly jiggles.

Step 9

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool slowly in the oven for about an hour.

Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, top with the chopped strawberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
