- How To Make Asparagus Soup:
I melted a stick of butter in a pan , added some chopped onion, small diced carrots , cooked until soft , added 1/4 cup flour made a roux, added milk to make a white sauce salt,a little paprika for color, pepper , cooked until thicken up .
In another pan I sauteed asparagus in some butter until not quite done , added it to white sauce and simmered until it asparagus was done and flavors went thru it .
Can add cheese to make it cheesy . It Is good.
