Instructions
1. Chill Your Tools
Place your mixing bowl and beaters (or whisk attachment) in the freezer for 5–10 minutes. Cold tools help the cream whip faster and hold its shape longer.
2. Whip the Cream
Add the cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the chilled bowl.
Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip on medium speed for 2–3 minutes, or until soft peaks form.
