chocolate chip cookies
Today I tried to make an easy version using a cake mix. Here are the results and was made with double chocolate chip cake mix, 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 extra large eggs, 1 package of chocolate chunks, 1 cup of quick oatmeal and 8 ounces of chopped pecans. Mix thoroughly and scoop ice cream size cookies. Bake at 350 for 23 minutes. Cool completely and remove from parchment paper lined cookie sheets. I put 8 cookies per sheet.
