Keto Peanut Butter Cookies
1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
½ Cup Erythritol (Any 1 to 1 sweetener)
2 Tsp Plant Based Milk (Vanilla Almond Milk)
1 Tsp Vanilla
½ Tsp Baking Powder
½ Tsp Cinnamon (Optional)
Combine all ingredients Roll into 1 tbs balls. Flatten with a fork twice to make a crosshatch on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
