  • 3 Tbsp.Of unsalted butter.
  • 250 grams.Of shrimp deveined.
  • 4 garlic cloves.
  • 1/4 Cup.Of dry white wine.
  • 3/4 Cup.Of heavy cream.
  • 1/4 Cup.Of freshly shredded parmesan cheese.
  • Black pepper and seasonings salt, to taste.
  • 1 Tbsp.Of fresh parsley chopped.
PREPARATION:
• First Step: Make sure the steaks are completely dry by patting them with paper towels. Add little pepper and salt to taste.
• Second Step: Prepare a grill or a big skillet made of cast iron by heating it over medium-high heat. Steaks should be seared or grilled for about four to five minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked to the desired degree of doneness. Place the steaks on a heated dish, then put them to the side.
• Third Step: Melt 2 tbsp of butter in the skillet (if using a skillet). After adding the shrimp to the pan, season them with salt and pepper, and sear them for approximately two minutes, or until they are pink and fully cooked. Place the mixture on a plate and put it aside.
• Fourth Step: Put the rest of the butter in the pan, then add the garlic and cook it until it starts to smell aromatic (about one minute).
• Fifth Step: Pour in the white wine (or the broth), wait for it to decrease by half while scraping the bottom of the pan to remove any browned pieces, and then serve.
• Sixth Step: After adding the cream and turning the heat down to a low-to-medium setting, bring the mixture to a simmer while stirring it periodically.
• Seventh Step: Now, stir in the parmesan cheese and allow it to melt into the sauce while it continues to boil. Salt and pepper should be added according to your preference.
• Eighth Step: Place the shrimp back into the pan, then sprinkle with the parsley and give everything a good toss. Serve alongside steaks.
