Ingredients:

1 box of spice cake mix

1 (15-ounce) can of pure pumpkin puree

Tips:

Mix in 1/2 cup of raisins or chopped nuts if desired.

Instructions:

Combine the pure pumpkin puree and spice cake mix powder, stirring until well mixed.

Drop the batter by heaping tablespoons into greased muffin cups.

Bake at 350°F for 18-22 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
