Recipe for stew Chicken
This recipe is for who asked and the ingredients can be find in any supermarket.
2 lbs chicken legs or thighs (i used both)
2 stalks Scallions
1 tsp thyme
Pinch of fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
1/2 tsp all’apice seeds
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp knorr chicken flavor bouillion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp black pepper or pepper flakes
2 tbsp ketchup to thicken the sauce.
3 tsp gravy master
Season chicken with the above seasonings let it marinate about an hour atleast .when ready to cook add 2 tbsp olive oil to your pot when heated up add chicken to brown on both sides.
Leaving out the Scallion ,onion, garlic ,Ginger c arrots. Ketchup and gravy master.
After browning on both sides add the seasoning to the pot to cook around 5 miniutes then add 3 tsp gravy master for colour. Then add 3 cups water let it come to a boil then cover and simmer on medium heat around 25 to 30 miniutes after cooking for 25 to 30 miniutes add 2 tbsp ketchup to thicken the gravy continue cooking another ten miniutes on low fire and your done.
